Getting healthy

I want to watch my weight.

I started in October 2015.

But starts to get serious on March 2016.

I could not control much on my food intake.

But I do exercise 3 times a week.

from March 01 to March 12, I managed to reduce 2.2 kg.

However, I need to do more.

Monitoring and targets
Strategy:

1. Fasting
2. Drink 4 litres water with teamix(Herbalife)
3. Follow Coach's menu
