hectic monday

Breakfast: Oat, shakes, avocado
Lunch: All without salt, sugar or artificial chicken stock. I'm making the best of what I can eat.

Tauhu with tomato clear soup

two type of lettuces with tomato, stir fried bean sprout with mushroom and broccoli

grilled salmon and tempe fried in mazola oil

rice fried with the salmon's oil which i grilled earlier. There's french beans, carrot and crab meat. Despite no salt in it, it taste nice.


Dinner:
While waiting for dinner I ate kuaci :/
Rice with sambal tumis petai

Supper with aerobic friends
Roti pisang
