It's already Thursday

Breakfast: Oats and shake with avocado




Lunch: 

Chicken soup with ginger and carrots and broccoli

white rice

Stir fried pucuk manis with jantung pisang and ikan bilis.
Since I cooked all these kind of food, I discover their taste which has been over powered by salt and msg before. Their taste are amazing, each and every one of them. Sedap. If I have known this before, I would have started it long before,
So happen I am not well these few days.
I have never appreciate chicken breast before, but I enjoyed it now.
Lettuces I dont like the taste but I ate it anyway.
And I thought the taste will be bland without salt but not at all.
