New challenge

New challenge for December 2016, to reduce age and increase water.

Breakfast:
Shake and Oats

Lunch:

Small portion of rice, sayur pucuk manis, kacang buncis, sambal tumis ikan bilis petai, ikan masak kicap and ayam goreng dada and timun and nenas.

We received complimentary pengat durian with bread in small mangkok and pisang.
