Tuesday
Not sure what we are going to eat tonight

My aerobic friend had iftar with me.
I cooked kuetiow goreng jek and that was what we had after solat.


We took shake first , mine with banana and dates.

Then we went for aerobic for an hour.







Wednesday

Wednesday for the first time in this Ramadhan I had my sahur.
I ate rice with sambal and sotong and udang.

For iftar I took Shake with banana and dates.
I ate durian for dessert.- 5 ulas jek
Then after solat I ate rice with sambal kupang.




Thursday

Iftar makan nasi with drumstick bought at bazar |Ramadhan.\
Then nasi with lauk kelmarin.
