After maghrib prayer:
Nasi with lauk.



10.00pm - Aerobic
After midnight I took shake.
Sahur: Air kosong.

Berbuka kat The Chef.
Makan macam2.


ni yang sempat ambik hehe

When I get back home, I took shake with oats.
Then sleep. No sahur again.
