Shakes with oats.
After maghrib prayer:
Nasi with lauk.
10.00pm - Aerobic
After midnight I took shake.
Sahur: Air kosong.

Wednesday
Berbuka kat The Chef.
Makan macam2.
When I get back home, I took shake with oats.
Then sleep. No sahur again.
