Sampai rumah makan apa yang beli kat bazar and air laichikang.

Friday

Don't know what to expect yet.
Buka puasa with a friend who came over. Minum air jek masa bukak posa. Then ate rice with asam pedas and sayur kacang.
Pergi aerobik.
I lost 900gm...wow.
Balik makan nasi lagi and then shake with oats and grape and banana.
