Friday

I have yet to recover from my stomach ache.
It caused discomfort and I have gone to clinic to get medicine for gastrik.
But no effect so far.

Breakfast:
Shake with fresh milk, strawberry and pisang.

Lunch:
Nasi minyak, rendang itik, kari kambing and acar.
Lemang.
Lin chikang.

Afternoon snack:
Granola bar.

Dinner with Khadeeja :
Meehoon goreng seafood.

Before sleeping I took habatus sauda and garam booster.
Hoping my stomach will get better in the morning.
