12.00 pm Nasi lemak with sambal sotong.
2 pm goreng pisang.
Aerobick: 1 hour
Dinner:
Nasi with rendang ayam hijau and sambal tumis
Sedap siut...
Drink juice of starfruit, strawberries and banana.
