Thursday
Breakfast - Oats and milk (Shake dah abis)

Lunch - Makan kedai Kak Sofi
Rice with ulams, siput sedut and perut tembusu.


Petang - Minum coffee big cup

Malam - Aerobic.
Timbang tak turun pun :(

Makan nasi dengan sadin hehe.


Friday
Breakfast - Shake with oats.

Lunch
Ada makan2 celebrating Maslia's birthday.
As usual I bake the cake but I did not eat it.
But I ate 2 rounds of items below :D



Malam tak makan apa2...kot? Lupa dah.
