Tuesday:

Breakfast: Shake, oats and strawberries.

Lunch: Rice, kambing smlm, sayur, buah.

Tea time: Roti jala and goreng pisang.

Dinner: Nasi and asam pedas

Supper: Tose and ayam goreng.




Wednesday:

Breakfast: Shake, oats, milk and strawberries.


Lunch, Rice with asam pedas and sayur.

Dinner: Sinful kueyteow
