At about 10 we had scone at Bharat Tea with teh tarik. |
Lunch:

Makan asam pedas with vegies and chicken |
Dinner with Coach and other aerobic member at Haji Shahrin.
Makan rice half, ayam kam heong, stir fried meat with ginger, fish and sayur.
