Sunday morning in CH

Breakfast:
Shake and oats
At about 10 we had scone at Bharat Tea with teh tarik.


Lunch:


Makan asam pedas with vegies and chicken

Dinner with Coach and other aerobic member at Haji Shahrin.
Makan rice half, ayam kam heong, stir fried meat with ginger, fish and sayur.
