Lazy weekend

Saturday
Breakfast: shake with strawberries and banana and milk.

Aerobik for an hour.

Nampak tak, nampak tak... umur makin naik :.(

At about 10.40am : roti kosong with kambing
At about 5 pm: rice with asam pedas and sayur.

In between meals i ate keropok belinjau, bepang and kacang tumbuk.
Inner was just shake with strawberries.


Sunday:
Breakfast: shake with low fat milk, oats strawberries.

In between meals makan biskut and finish khadeeja's lolipop.

Lunch was kurma kambing with rice and eggplants.

Drank starfruit juice


Dinner:
Mee goreng

Minum shake with milk and oats
