Slow day

Breakfast:
Shake with oats.

Lunch:
Rice with  young jackfruit, bayam, and prawn and kambing

Dinner:
I ate with my aerobic friends- nan with chicken.

I could not stand the pain in my stomache,..its like somekind of hurricane.
I remembered my late mom used to say that she can't take  sayur nangka (young jackfruit) even though she loved it so much.
 It was due to "sakit ulu hati".
I realised that I had it too, it was more painful than taking coffee or tea..the pain affect even my head...isk!
