When the weekend goes, Monday comes

My diet goes haywire

Saturday: Shake for breakfast
Aerobic.
Ada makan2. I ate nasi lemak, roti jala dan banyak lagi.

Lunch:
Cibiuk - Sundanese food
Ate rice and chicken and ikan.

Malam makan bihun. Then walk a lot at Jalan TAR.,

Sunday:
Breakfast: Nasi Lemak.

No lunch.
Just Baskin Robbin ice cream in the afternoon.

Dinner:

Kelang - Seafood.
Tak sempat ambik gambar sebab lapar
Ate rice, prawn, crab, fish and lala and veggies.

Dinner:
Mee goreng and kuey tiau kungfu share with khadeeja and gmah
and telur masin.
