Gloomy Tuesday

It's a cloudy day. Hopefully the rain will come. It's been hot lately.
I have some important task to do this week.
Hopefully I could get it over and done with.

Breakfast:
Vanila shake with low fat milk, banana and oats.

Lunch:
Rice, masak asam tempoyak with ikan kembong, mixed vegie- bendi with petai, jagung.


Juice: Mango with grape.

Exercise: Aerobic 1.5 hours

Dinner: Roti sadin, nan and chicken

Last night's I lost 0.3kg only comparing from 31 March result.
