Happy sunday
Spent the whole day remaking pillows.
Breakfast shake with lowfat milk, oats and dates.
Lunch:
Rice, ayam masak merah, mix veggie soup. Drink green apple with pineapple juice.
Drink low fat meal at 5pm.
Minum carrot mixed with raisin and vitagen.
Eat rice leftover by khadeeja and chicken. Nasi satu dua suap jek
I did half an hour work out before maghrib.
