One Thursday in April
Breakfast: Choc shake, fresh milk, oats, banana.
Lunch:
Macaroni fried in canola oil, with pieces of chicken and mushroom and mixed veggie.
Plus the veggie leaves which I do not know the name which I fried in veggie too.
Dinner: Nasi lemak with ikan siakap masak tiga rasa tapi takde rasa. And cake.
Workout: intense aerobic huhu!
