Monday - Pulang ke pangkal jalan

Breakfast: Choc shakes with milk,oats and dates

Lunch:

Macaroni with button mushroom and mixed vegie.
Tenggiri fish fillet coated with egg, flour and breadcrumb.

Orange juice.

Drink: Water 3 -4 liters.

Snacks: Biskut pingpong 2 keping
Trying to capture my side view reflection 
on the glasswall but failed. I kinda like looking at myself lately. Lol. Perasan macam best jek sekarang ni. Makes me feel good.

Dinner:
Eat the left over bubur nasi with kuah ketam semalam and  petai and bits of fried fish.
