Warm wednesday
Breakfast: Shake, banana, milk and oats.
10.30 : biscuits
Lunch:
Fried rice with dried shrimps, mixed veggies, brocolli, button mushroom. Rice fried in cannola oil.
Fried chicken: drumnet and neck.
Stir fried veggies.
Mango juice.
