Active Sunday

I was in my brother's house.
Brought the blender but forgot the shake.
Huhu.
I started the day with nasi lemak, egg and sambal.
It was just basic nasi lemak and I ate only egg white.
Luckily I went to the zoo with my daughter today from 10.15am to 1.40pm.
Hopefully the walking burnt all the calories.

Lunch at about 3 something.




As soon as we reached home, I took my shake.
Then made soup macaroni mushroom for khadeeja, I ate only the creamy soup and the veggies inside.
