Taking one day leave from work

Today I took leave to buy baju raye with myvfamily. Pegi jakel and my poket cedera parah.

Anyway, breakfast - shake with oats and honey and low fat milk.

Luncheon in Bangi. Nasi Ambang and apple juice. In between bfast and lunch I ate a few biscuits in the car.

Evening: Aerobic for an hour.
Dinner : Shake with grapes, oats and honey.
I took omega 3 daily after dinner.

I got present for getting some points in aerobic class. Facial mask hehe.
